Alokito Shishu (To Make the Child a Resource for the World)
ALOKITO SHISHU is a Non Governmental Organization for all kinds of children including Children with Special Needs (Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Downsyndrom, Sensory Integrative Dysfunction, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Dysfunction etc) to make them independent as a resource. Alokito Shishu starts its journey since January 2009 and working for the children of all conditions for their optimal development, disability prevention and management.
Vision: Inclusion all children in the mainstream society as a resource.
Mission: To make the child for mainstream school by treatment (physical, psychosocial, sensory integration, cognitive), rehabilitation and Early Childhood Development activities.

The main Features of Alokito Shishu Treatment Based School are:

- Main goal of school is To make the child independent and inclusion in society as a resource
- All Qualified Professionals (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech & Language Therapist, Early Childhood Development specialist, Psychologist) work at Alokito Shishu
- One Teacher is always responsible for one student (1:1 service)
- School activities are start by Therapy Program
- Individualised Education Plan (IEP) for all children
- Regular government curriculum is followed on the basis of student's level

Alokito Shishu "Autism Resource Center" proving the following services:
- Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) services
- Different kind of Books collection relating to Special Child
- Develop & Provide Teaching materials and Adaptive devices
- Develop and provide training materials and training
- Develop different kind of leaflet, poster, mini booklet etc on child disability, child development and proper management
- Develop different kind of books on different issues
